Returns & Refunds policy
As a Director specializing in digital products, including graphic design and video editing, I am committed to delivering high-quality services that meet your expectations. However, I understand that there may be circumstances where you are not completely satisfied with the final product. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled.
Before starting any project, we will agree on a detailed scope of work, including deliverables, timelines, and the number of revisions included. Any work done outside of this scope may incur additional charges and will not be subject to refunds unless specifically agreed upon.

Refunds for digital products are considered under the following conditions:
Before Work Commences: If you decide to cancel a project before any work has begun but after the contract has been accepted and signed, no refund of any payment will be provided.
Initial Drafts and Concepts: If you are not satisfied with the initial drafts or concepts provided (e.g., initial designs, first video edit), you may request a partial refund. The amount refunded will be based on the amount of work completed and will be determined at my discretion.
After Final Delivery: Once the final digital product (e.g., final design files, final video edit) has been delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued, even if the project has been canceled by your side. All sales are final upon delivery of the completed project..
If, for any reason, I am unable to complete the project, a full refund of all payments received will be issued under the following circumstances:
Illness or Emergency: If I experience a severe illness, injury, or personal emergency that prevents me from fulfilling my obligations, a full refund will be provided.
Technical Failures: If there are unforeseen technical issues (e.g., loss of data, hardware failure) on my side that result in the inability to deliver the final product, and no suitable workaround can be found, a full refund will be provided.
Unforeseen Unavailability: If I become unavailable due to circumstances beyond my control (e.g., natural disasters, significant life events) that prevent me from completing the project within the agreed timeline, a full refund will be provided.
Breach of Contract by Me: If I fail to deliver the agreed-upon services as per the contract and cannot remedy the situation to your satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be provided.
Confidentiality & Respect: Both parties are expected to maintain confidentiality and respect throughout the project. Breach of confidentiality, such as unauthorized sharing of project materials, or any form of disrespect, will result in immediate cancellation of the project, with no refunds provided. Confidentiality breaches include, but are not limited to, sharing private communications, project files, or other sensitive information without prior consent.
License & Intellectual Property: I always retain all license rights to the digital products created, whether for commercial use or otherwise. Unauthorized use of the digital product for purposes beyond those agreed upon (e.g., using a design for both digital and physical products without prior permission) will result in contract termination, forfeiture of any refund, and potential legal action under Swiss law.
Each project is licensed for the specific use agreed upon at the beginning of the project. If you wish to extend the use beyond what was initially agreed (e.g., using a graphic designed for digital use in physical products), you must inform me immediately. Failure to do so will result in the termination of our contract and the application of legal measures.
Once the final payment has been made, you will receive the rights to use the final digital product as agreed upon. However, all preliminary work, including drafts and unused concepts, remains my intellectual property and may not be used without my permission.
Deposit: In some cases, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project in my schedule. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances unless I am unable to complete the project for any reason.
Revisions: Your project includes 2 (two) revisions as agreed upon in the project scope, the 2 revisions include small graphic design tasks, small 3D edits tasks or basic video edits. If you require additional revisions beyond what is included, these will be charged at a rate of $100 per additional revision. Depending on the complexity of the project, this rate may increase. Refunds will not be provided for projects that exceed the agreed-upon number of revisions.
Timeline Delays & Deadlines: Timelines will be agreed upon at the start of the project. If delays occur on the client’s end (e.g., delayed feedback, content delivery), the timeline may be extended accordingly, and refunds will not be provided. If I fail to meet the agreed-upon deadlines without a valid reason, a partial refund may be considered.
Product Delivery: All digital products will be delivered in the format agreed upon at the start of the project (e.g., .JPEG, .MP4). It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary software and equipment to use the digital products delivered. Refunds will not be provided for issues related to file compatibility or other technical issues on the client’s end.
Project & Scope change:
Significant changes to the project scope requested by the client after work has commenced may result in additional charges. These changes will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation, and will affect the project timeline.
Payment Terms:
Payments are required as follows: Full payment must be made prior to the start of the project. For larger payments, a 50% deposit is accepted before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon final delivery. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Bank Transfer, and BTC.
Rush Orders:
If you require expedited delivery of the project beyond the agreed timeline, a rush fee of [insert fee] will apply. This fee will be discussed and agreed upon before the start of the project.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from this policy or the project will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Swiss law.
Policy Amendments:
This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing and will apply to new projects or revisions requested after the policy update.
